Tracy has been in practice for over 15 years and provides individual, couples, and family therapy to people of all ages, from the very young to the very experienced. Her areas of focus include anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, C-PTSD, self-harm and suicide ideation, substance use, interpersonal and relationship difficulties, chronic pain, life transitional concerns, disabilities, and pre and postnatal issues. Tracy utilizes a variety of therapy modalities (including CBT, DBT, ACT, and EMDR) and firmly believes in every individual’s capacity for healing and growth when met with empathy and when given the right tools to succeed. Tracy holds a Master of Social Work degree and is a Registered Social Worker in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW).


Devon Noxel

Therapist
Devon provides individuals with an empathetic and genuine approach while using a variety of therapy modalities. Devon believes that providing a safe and non-judgmental environment is held as a priority, as it is of utmost importance for individuals to explore their emotions, thoughts, and life challenges. Devon respects the individuality of all life journeys and seeks to guide others to discover their unique personal qualities, strengths, and coping skills. Devon specializes in concurrent disorders, depression, anxiety, and trauma. She holds a Master of Social Work degree and is a Registered Social Worker in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW).
Marie Bonin
MA, RP
Therapist
Marie completed her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology. Some of her additional training includes Suicide Intervention (ASIST), CBT, ACT, Mind/Body approaches, Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness-based practices, trauma, grief, yoga, and meditation. Marie’s areas of focus are self-worth and confidence, grief and loss, trauma, performance anxiety, anxiety and depression, life purpose, and stress.
Marie approaches clients with consistent compassion, empathy, curiosity, and care. She will often use mindfulness practices and tools from various therapeutic modalities. Marie is a big believer in treating ourselves as we would treat someone we care about - which is why the practice of self-compassion is something she often brings into sessions.
Marie values the mind/body connection to wellness, and she understands each person’s life experiences have complexity and uniqueness. She believes you to be the expert in your own life and believes that you are the one who knows what is best for you. She will show up with support, empathy, compassion, and encouragement to help you discover what you need to live your life with hope and fulfillment.
Marie is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).


Grace D'Achille

Therapist
Grace has her Master of Social Work and is a Registered Social Worker in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW). She has additional training in Motivational Interviewing (MI), Suicide Intervention (ASIST), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS). Grace’s areas of focus include anxiety, depression, mood disorders, concurrent disorders, and life transitions.
She is passionate about creating a supportive and inclusive space where clients feel empowered to navigate life’s challenges.
Grace approaches therapy with warmth, empathy, and curiosity. She takes a person-centered, strengths-based approach, believing that every individual is the expert in their own life. She often integrates practical tools from various therapeutic modalities to help clients build self-awareness, coping skills, and confidence in their ability to heal and grow.
Grace also understands that financial barriers should not stand in the way of support, which is why she offers reduced and sliding-scale rates for those in need. Grace is here to support and encourage you on your journey toward greater well-being, self-compassion, and fulfillment.
Alexandra Rodkin

Alex supports children, youth, and adults as they navigate emotional challenges, build confidence, and understand their identities within the systems that shape them. She is deeply committed to affirming and supporting 2SLGBTQIA+ individuals, creating spaces where people feel safe, respected, and understood as they explore who they are or work through trauma, mood-related concerns, and complex life experiences.
Her approach is warm, collaborative, trauma-informed, and paced to what feels right for each person. Alex integrates CPT, DBT, and CBT, tailoring each session to the individual’s needs and lived realities. Her work is grounded in compassion and anti-oppressive practice, helping clients deepen insight, strengthen emotional regulation, and develop practical tools for navigating challenges at home, school, and in relationships.
Alex has experience supporting children, youth, families, and 2SLGBTQIA+ community members, as well as individuals working through anxiety, depression, PTSD, identity-related concerns, and the stressors of major life transitions.
Outside of her clinical work, Alex enjoys spending time with her wife and their two dogs—whether at home, outdoors, or exploring new places. She values meaningful connections with friends and family, good food, and shared experiences.

Andie holds both a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a Master of Social Work degree. She is a Registered Social Worker in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW).
With extensive experience supporting individuals through depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, emotional regulation challenges, life transitions, and relationship difficulties, Andie brings a grounded and compassionate presence to her work. She has completed advanced training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed practice, and suicide intervention.
Andie is known for her warm and genuine approach. She believes that meaningful growth happens within a safe, accepting, and collaborative space, and is dedicated to helping clients strengthen resilience, gain insight, and create positive, lasting change in their lives.
Eva Ostapeic

Eva is a grounded and intuitive psychotherapist whose work blends clinical expertise with lived wisdom. As a former teacher, a mother, an immigrant, and a woman who has rebuilt her life more than once, she brings authenticity, depth, and a deeply human presence that clients immediately feel.
Her Eastern European accent is part of her story and strength—a reflection of resilience, adaptability, and the courage required to rebuild life in a new country and language. Clients describe her as calm, attentive, and someone who listens beyond the surface to understand the deeper truth inside their experiences.
Eva’s approach is warm, holistic, and powerfully direct. She integrates brain-based psychotherapy with root-cause exploration, mind–body awareness, and a whole-person perspective. She helps clients recognize emotional patterns that hold them back and supports individuals navigating anxiety, stress, trauma, identity challenges, and internal blocks that limit clarity, confidence, and self-trust.

Fran Notarianni
Reiki Practitioner
Fran has been channelling Reiki as a healing tool since 2011, bringing a holistic approach to mind and body wellness. With a deep belief in the power of rest, healing, and growth, she creates a space where clients can restore balance and reconnect with their inner energy.
For the past 14 years, Fran has shared her Reiki practice exclusively with family and close friends. Now, we are fortunate to welcome her into our clinic, where she offers Reiki healing to the broader community.
A beloved Yoga and Pilates teacher, Fran has also dedicated over 30 years to the Martial Arts as both a lifelong student and instructor. Her life is centred around cultivating and harnessing internal energy (Chi) for the highest good of herself and those around her.
If you’ve ever been in a room with Fran, you’ve likely felt the positive healing energy she radiates. Her presence brings relaxation, vitality, and a sense of happiness to all who work with her. Clients leave sessions feeling calm, centred, and balanced.

Rebecca has been in the health and fitness industry for over 20 years, with 13 of those in Massage Therapy. As a Registered Massage Therapist with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) and a Bachelor of Kinesiology Rebecca is uniquely poised to understand your body’s anatomy, form, function, and how to improve it all with expert hands-on technique. She has experience in multiple practice settings from high-end spas to MMA training facilities and brings with her a wealth of knowledge from each environment to make the positive experience you’ll only find here at The Health Retreat!
She has the knowledge and skill necessary to address whatever your massage therapy needs may be: relaxation, deep tissue and/or sports massage, fascial work, kinesiology taping, prenatal treatment, remedial exercise prescription, lymphatic drainage, and more; whatever the case Rebecca will work with and assess you to determine the best course of action to affect positive change with treatment. Rebecca is so excited to be part of the team and welcomes the acknowledgment that nurturing the mind-body connection is imperative for one’s optimal health & wellness. She is additionally certified in Reflexology and Personal Training/Fitness Coaching and offers both here at The Health Retreat.
